Description:	Following a fire in June 2016, Brendan Merry & Partners were part of the team involved in the reinstatement works and for liaising with the loss adjusters (OSG on behalf of Allianz Ireland). The works consisted of initial enabling works to make the building safe and the main contract works including stripping off and installing new roof finishes, remedial works to roof structure, fitting out internal doors with new wall, floor and ceiling finishes, new doors, windows, mechanical and electrical systems and all fittings including Church pews.
