Brendan Merry & Partners are delighted to continue providing Quantity Surveying services for the Refurbishment of the First Floor of the Michael Tierney Building in University College Dublin, Belfield.
The refurbishment project involves the demolition of all partitions, floor finishes and ceiling finishes. A full new office fit for the Bursar, IT Services and Finance Departments has been constructed including a bespoke internal white oak glazed partition system, replacement of the existing curtain walling, new internal walls, completions, wall, floor and ceiling finishes, services installations, and built-in and loose furniture.
The Design Team included Moloney O’Beirne Architects and IN2 Consulting Services Engineers.
Moston Construction are the Main Contractors on the project and have been working to a very tight programme to deliver the project on time and budget. The project is progressing well and should reach completion within the coming weeks.
