A new state of the art satellite service for the Out Patient Department of Beaumont Hospital opened on the first floor of the Omni Park Shopping Complex in Santry (a mere 10 mins from the Hospital).
This is the first of a kind for Beaumont Hospital and is an innovative move away from a traditional Hospital!
The New Department has a Gross Floor Area of 412 Sq.m. and the work comprised the complete fit-out of 3 No. Shell Units. There are 10 consulting suites in the unit with clinics operating each day Monday to Friday in the first instance. This opportunity compliments the work already achieved in reducing Outpatient waiting times for patients and will increase the Hospitals capacity to see patients. It offers a comfortable space for patients who may otherwise be waiting a long time to be seen.
The project was carried out by Elmcrest Developments Ltd. under the direction of Moloney O’Beirne Architects.
