We are delighted to report the completion of the new 400-Bed Student Accommodation Building located on Mill Street in The Liberties.
This stunning building will bring rejuvenation and value to the area which also includes the Teeling Distillery and Visitor Centre. Other significant development is planned for the area over the next few years.
The Design and Build Development was constructed by BAM Ireland over 20 months. The seven-storey Uninest New Mill is energy-efficient, modern and furnished and fitted to the highest standards. With a total development cost of €41m New Mill is being pitched as GSA’s flagship student residence in Dublin. In addition, two commercial units are available for shops and offices on Mill Street and Warrenmount Lane.
Students have the choice of living in en-suite rooms clustered around common areas comprising lounges and fully-equipped kitchens, or self-contained premium studios with their own kitchen facilities. The provision of an on-site gym, recreation room, ample indoor and outdoor common areas and parking for bikes complements the accommodation, while the presence of 24-hour security should be reassuring for residents, and for their parents.
