Brendan Merry & Partners were delighted to start three new projects on site in October. The three projects cover a broad range of sectors between Hotel, Office and Fit-Out.
Druids Glen Hotel have begun work on the Extension to their Existing Bar overlooking the magnificent Druids Glen Golf Course. The project consists of a feature glazing and balcony space including new circulation and interface with the existing Hotel. The hotel will remain fully operational for the duration of the works. The project is being carried out on a tight programme with Mythen Construction under the direction of Henry J. Lyons Architects.
The Creedon Group have started work on the conversion on an existing factory warehouse on Ardee Road, Rathmines which will be transformed into a modern high-tech office space. The new office development will be called The Hubble Building. The construction works are be carried out by Elliott Construction under the direction of Reddy Urbanism + Architecture.
Fit-Out works have also started on the third and fourth floors of Lincoln House, for the Financial Ombudsman. The works are being carried out in a fifteen week programme with phased completion over both floors to keep the building operational. Works have advanced well to date and Studio Red Architects are lead consultant.
