Brendan Merry & Partners were recently involved in three fit-out projects over the summer which were all successfully completed in the last few weeks.
We were delighted to work with Trinity College Dublin in conjunction with CNGL to complete a two storey internal fit-out in the existing campus. The fit-out was completed by Monami Construction Ltd.
While the students of Belvedere were enjoying their summer holidays, Joseph MacNamee & Sons Ltd. , were carrying out their second successive summer fit-out for a Learning Resource Centre in the College. The project was again overseen by McLoughlin Architecture and the end results were amazing (see photos below).
Finally, we were part of the Design Team headed up by EML Architects to complete a second phase of a fit-out in Limerick for the US multinational company ON Semiconductor. Phase One has now been complete for over two years. The fit-out was carried out very professionally by Conack Construction Ltd. within a very tight construction period.
