Brendan Merry & Partners are delighted to have been involved in Trinity College Dublin Business School Fit Out. It picked up Public Sector Project of the Year 2015 at the Fit-Out Awards held recently at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Dublin. Beaumont Hospital – First Floor Fit Out of Existing Acute Psychiatric Unit and New Link Bridge.

The New Year will bring new challenges and we are set to hit the ground running from the outset. Construction is scheduled to commence first week of the New Year 2016. The project consists of the First Floor fit out of the recently completed Aishling Building (Acute Psychiatric Unit) and the construction of a new link bridge back to the existing hospital. Added to this challenge is to construct both while the existing main hospital and Aishling Ground Floor remain ‘LIVE’ throughout the entire construction period.

Brendan Merry and Partners are delighted to be again working with Moloney O’Beirne Architects, ARUPS Engineering, J.V.Tierney, Garlands and the Health Service Executive.

With a Contract duration of approximately 44 weeks the anticipated completion date is early November 2016. The Construction Works will be carried out by J.J. Rhatigan & Company.

Saturday 7th November 2015

Last Saturday marked a landmark day in the history of Clontarf Rugby Club with the official opening of the new all-weather pitch. The Club were delighted to mark the occasion with Irish Rugby Coach Joe Schmidt. Fintan Bennett had a foot in both camps for the pitch development works as a member of the Rugby Club and as a member of the Design Team. Congratulations to all on providing a fantastic new facility for the club.
