London Update – Brendan Merry &Partners opened our London Office in the summer of 2013 and we have been extremely active since then furthering our restoration and conservation experience by working on a number of luxury residential projects in London for a select list of private Clients.
One of our central projects has been the extension and renovation of a private residence in Kensington extending to over 22,420sq.ft. This project has incorporated a new basement excavation for cinema, swimming pool, catering facilities, car lift, etc. with the rear garden reinstated upon completion.
We also have other projects on site at present on Park Street in Mayfair (conversion of a multi tenanted protected structure to a single luxury residence), Campden Hill Square (private residence refurbishment), Chalfont St. Giles in Buckinghamshire (country house refurbishment with swimming pool annex), and a refurbishment of a period residence in Chelsea.
We have collaborated with John Barron from MGB Architects on most of our projects and hope to continue this successful partnership.
