Brendan Merry & Partners are delighted to be involved with two new all-weather pitch developments for Clontarf Ruby Club in Castle Avenue and Belvedere College in Distillery Road. Both projects will provide a full size rugby pitch, which will be fully compliant to IRB standards and will also include training and warm-up areas. The Belvedere College project will also include Flood Lighting. These all-weather pitches will offer fantastic new state of the art facilities to both organisations. Clontarf’s new pitch has commenced in May and should be up and running for all their members come the new season in September. Belvedere’s pitch in Distillery Road has now commenced and should be completed in October.
The Main Contractor on the Clontarf Project is Peter O’Brien & Sons (Landscaping) Ltd. in conjunction with Pride Sport and Leisure. The Belvedere College Project has been placed with Pride Sport & Leisure. Rory Ryan Architects are Project Architects for both developments.
