2016 is promising to be a transforming year for the Newmarket area of Dublin with two high quality developments progressing.
We are delighted to be involved with Global Student Accommodation Group in the provision of almost 400 student accommodation bedrooms across 63 cluster units and housed in four to seven storey buildings with a large central courtyard.
We also working with Care Choice Ltd. to deliver a new Nursing Home which will provide 107 bedrooms in multi storey units.
Both developments will incorporate retail units at Ground Floor level. Works have been progressing over the past few months in relation to demolition of existing buildings and archaeology digs to enable the main works to commence at the beginning of 2016.
